In an exclusive launch event at the Vlisco Shop at Accra Mall, Vlisco Ghana,  unveils its latest collection, coinciding with the Vlisco Women’s Month campaign launched early on in March. 

The event which was attended by Vlisco’s past Brand Ambassadors including Elizabeth Patterson, Dr Mrs Ellen Hagan, Yawa Hansen-Quao, Regina Honu, Eugenia Tachie-Menson, Edith Uyovbukerh doubled as an occasion to  unveil Nisirine Naa Ashorkor Mensah-Doku as its first Ghanaian Influencer.

Vlisco, the renowned African textile brand with a heritage of 177 years, has over the years celebrated women from diverse backgrounds. The new collection dubbed “Eclectic Cool” is inspired by the women shaping legacies in diversity and with authenticity. 

Performing at the event, Theresa Kufour, a budding  poet, in her rhythmical spirit,  hailed the powerful, feminine masters radiating elegance and sophistication as they shutter glass ceiling and inspire all women to greatness in their daily endeavours.

Speaking at the event, Deborah Sowah, Brands Manager of Vlisco, in her engagement with the media mentioned,  “we are a brand for every woman. We believe in celebrating the power of womanhood not just on International Women’s Day, but throughout the entire month of March. That’s why the Vlisco brand worldwide  has teamed up with the remarkable women of Vlisco to create a special campaign, “Every Woman” providing a platform to tell  the remarkable stories of these phenomenal women” 

The Eclectic Cool fabrics comes in variety of colours in Grand Super Wax, Wax and Super Wax with floral and offbeat colour combinations for the modern woman.
