KUMASI FASHION WEEK ANNOUNCES NEW DATES FOR 10TH EDITION AND UNVEILS “FACES OF STYLE” PRECURSOR EVENT
The organizers of Kumasi Fashion Week (KsiFW) wish to officially announce the postponement of the highly anticipated 10th edition of the event. Originally scheduled to take place from April 30 to May 2, 2026, the event will now be held from May 29 to May 31, 2026.
This decision has been made to ensure a more refined, impactful, and memorable experience worthy of this milestone edition. As Kumasi Fashion Week marks its 10th anniversary, the focus remains on delivering an elevated platform that celebrates African fashion, creativity, and cultural expression at the highest level.
In building anticipation toward the main event, organizers are pleased to introduce “Faces of Style”, a curated fashion dialogue experience designed as a precursor to the celebration. The event will take place on May 2, 2026, at Zen Garden, Labone – Accra, starting at 11:00 AM.

“Faces of Style” will bring together some of the industry’s leading fashion stylists as a connective force within the fashion ecosystem. The event is designed to foster conversations, share insights, and spotlight the critical role of stylists in shaping fashion narratives, visual identity, and brand storytelling across the African fashion landscape.
The Panelists include Leonard Ahia (DaTherepizt, Lala Ejim, Osei Kwaku Frank, Matthew Osei and will be moderated by Co-Founder of Melange Africa and PR Consultant Faith Senam.
This pre-event experience reflects Kumasi Fashion Week’s broader commitment to not only showcasing designers but also highlighting the wider network of creatives who drive the industry forward.
The announcement is being made in partnership with Melange Africa, the official media partner for Kumasi Fashion Week 2026. Through this collaboration, audiences can expect expanded storytelling, exclusive features, and in-depth coverage leading up to both “Faces of Style” and the main runway showcase in Kumasi.
