Bridal gowns are mostly known to be white for every individual that does church weddings or white weddings. White wedding gowns has been interpreted by a lot of people and often at times referred to as a form of “Purity”.

In recent times, wedding gowns are available in a variety of color and length. Brides are no longer limited to just a shade of white, therefore more and more brides are stepping away from tradition and choosing a dress simply because they like the color, style, length and design.

Lots of Brides around the globe prefer different colors of gowns that they feel looks better on their skin. Different length of gowns has become a trend, and these length ranges from knee level gowns to overflow gowns. Brides are now giving the option to choose whatever length and color of gowns they desire.

Below are some of the most popular wedding gown cos, it’s color and what they mean.

White signifies goodness, innocence, purity and virginity. It is considered to be the colors of perfection.

Red symbolizes a whole lot, the positives being love, infatuations, strong emotions, excitement, energy, strength and passion.

Pink represents innocence, a child-like personality, freshness, purity, love, good health, and good life.

Blue represents calmness and peacefulness. It also conveys femininity, life, purity, stability, security, and lifelong loyalty.

Ivory can often share the same unique features of a white gown. They represent and signifies the same characteristics.

Black is often looked down upon but black wedding dresses signifies elegance or class, power, sexuality, sophistication, formality, wealth, mystery, depth, and the best of all sheer style.

Although a lot of traditional brides have unique differences in the way they dress, they still share common ideology when it comes to gowns for their white weddings, in most recent times the Muslims wear wedding gowns and veil to their weddings.

The issue about the difference in color and length of wedding gowns has evolved around the world and many brides are now choosing varieties of weddings gowns in the aspect of color and length.
