Makeup Ghana in partnership with First Choice Hair and Beauty is proud to announce the opening of nominations for the 7th Ghana Beauty Awards (GBA) dubbed the SEPTEM EDITION, themed “Celebrating Excellence; Finding Perfection in Imperfection”. The use of the Latin word “Septem”, signifies completeness and perfection, celebrating excellence and recognizing the achievements of those who have excelled over the years.
The beauty industry in Ghana has over the years produced a number of outstanding pioneers, pacesetters, and game changers who deserve to be acknowledged, honored, and celebrated for others to emulate and this is the sole objective of the Awards.
The GBA is an annual celebration for the Beauty Industry, aimed at fostering excellence, by rewarding and celebrating pioneers, leading professionals, and upcoming talent within the industry, as well as businesses and brands who are contributing to economic growth.
This Edition of the Ghana Beauty Awards will also include a number of preliminary events, such as the Pink Ribbon Health Walk and Breast Cancer Screening, as well as the Beauty Entrepreneurship Summit X AMB Fair 2023. These events will lead up to a glamorous Awards Night on Sunday, November 12, 2023, at the Labadi Beach Hotel in Accra at 6.30 pm.
This year’s GBA shall reward outstanding beauty practitioners, entrepreneurs, promoters, brands, manufacturers, etc., in a total of thirty-four (34) categories. Nominations are officially opened and will be closed by 15th July 2023. Beauty professionals, businesses, and emerging talents are encouraged to take advantage of this life-changing opportunity.
