Stanbic Bank Assures Stratcomm Africa of Supporting the Ghana Garden and Flower Movement

 The Ghana Garden and Flower Show scheduled a five-day event spanning 31st August to 4th September to celebrate its tenth year. The grand opening of the 10th-anniversary edition of the Ghana Garden and Flower Movement show which took place at the Efua Sutherland Park in Accra, saw a number of its partners gracing the occasion. 

The initiative is geared towards promoting a more beautiful Ghana and promoting growth and sustainability with its partners, including Stanbic Bank, Gold Key Properties, the Embassy of Israel, Ghana, Liberia, and, Sierra Leone, Ecobank, Interplast, and Akai House Clinic.

Over the past ten years, Stanbic bank has partnered with Stratcomm Africa to improve the agriculture sector with a strong belief that agriculture is the backbone of many African countries. 

Speaking on behalf of Stanbic bank, Mr. YawNjorgnab, who is the Relationship Manager of the Agri-Business Department, mentioned that Stanbic Bank is committed to supporting the Ghana Garden and Flower Show for the long haul.

‘As a bank, Stanbic bank is well positioned to support agri business, one of the focus areas for the bank and indeed multicultural of which our gardens, our flowers all come from. We deem it a great privilege to be part of this important program for the past ten years. As a bank, this is the beginning for us. We want to support this program till eternity’.

According to him, Stanbic bank is committed to giving farmers a full suite of banking services and tailor-made solutions. For the past 14 years, Stanbic Bank has been working to improve the agriculture sector. 

‘Agriculture as we are all aware is the backbone of many of these Africa countries. For us in Ghana, Stanbic Bank for the past fourteen years through its agricultural development proposition, has been working to improve the sector across all selected value chains’.

Partnering with Stratcomm Africa to promote the Ghana Garden and flower initiative is a way of creating awareness, unearthing opportunities, and exposing all to the health benefits derived from flora, fauna, herbs, vegetables, and spices.
