Introducing the Chocolate Inspired SS22 Collection By The Kumasi Based Fashion Brand Kifi Clodin

by Editor

Kifi Clodin is a Kumasi-based fashion brand founded by Obed Domfeh, the brand is known for its creative and gorgeous bridal wear.

Kifi Clodin unveiled its Spring/Summer Collection on the 6th edition of KsiFW/AMBfair in May, stealing the hearts of many who endlessly admired the collection as models walked them on the runway.

In an interview with Obed, he said the collection was inspired by chocolate and gold, two of the country’s staple exports. For his collection, he blended the two themes to make ten outfits with each underscoring to tell the story of how rich our land is. Fun fact: the designer used a week to produce all ten pieces.

When answering the question of how he got into fashion, he said he is naturally gifted and his mum told him when growing up he use to gather the kids in his neighbour and style them with pieces of fabrics when playing.

“I call this collection “tour de tête” because it steals the attention of whoever sees it and they are perfect for any occasion, from weddings to dates with friends.” – Miss Anowaa.

Here are a few looks from Kifi Clodin’s runway showdown at the recently held KsiFW/AMBfair.
